Cottages

Our South Cottages are located a block and a half from the center of town. The South Cottages are newly renovated by the well-known Portland design firm, KL Design Group. This local landmark has two New England-style attached brick cottages. These side-by-side units can be combined for families or large groups of up to 10 people. With 2 bedrooms and one bath each, these lodging units include a queen four poster bed in the master bedroom and a second bedroom with a twin and full XL bed. Each unit also has a comfortable living room with a gas fireplace, DVD player, stereo, board games, books, telephone, and a 32" flat screen television. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with toaster, coffee maker, full-size stove, and refrigerator; and the round dining table is perfect for any meal, puzzle, board game, or game of cards.

In the back of the South Cottages, a professionally landscaped, private yard welcomes you. Enjoy the large deck with dining tables, market umbrellas, and cushioned side arm chairs. A propane barbeque grill is ready for you anytime and on the lawn there is a stone firepit stocked with plenty of wood. Relax on our Adirondack chairs and enjoy those mild beach days and cool evenings with the soothing surf sounds in the distance!
